AI Limitations and Disclaimers

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated insights are based on available data and may not reflect complete accuracy
  • We continuously improve our AI models, which may result in changes to outputs over time
  • AI services require active internet connectivity and may experience occasional downtime

Your Responsibilities with AI

  • Review AI-generated content for accuracy before publishing or sending
  • Ensure AI-assisted communications comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate human oversight of automated processes
  • Report any AI outputs that appear harmful, biased, or inappropriate
  • Not use AI services to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

Subscription and Payment Terms

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings.

Non-Payment

Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to our services. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid fees.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Intellectual Property

DINGG AI, including its AI models, algorithms, software, designs, and content, is owned by DINGG Inc and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze it for providing and improving our services, including AI model training using anonymized and aggregated data.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services

Data and Privacy

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
  • Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding results obtained from using our services

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINGG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DINGG and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights, including claims related to your use or misuse of AI-generated content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Misuse of AI services
  • Any conduct we determine is harmful to our services or other users

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, United States.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
